SQL Server Database Administrator (24 Months Fixed-Term Contract)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to join our client’s team.
We are looking for a technically strong DBA who will be able to plan, manage, administer and secure databases, troubleshoot database issues affecting system performance, and ensure data quality across the databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server databases;


• Configure and maintain database servers and processes;


• Monitor system's health and performance;


• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security;


• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes;


• Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement;


• Provide support for critical business systems; and


• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities.
