Top-level requirements:

1. Advanced Sprinklr Configuration & Digital Asset Automation

Hands-on expertise building custom fields, metadata structures, asset libraries, reporting dashboards, duplicate detection logic, automated workflows, and multi-channel publishing (SP&E, DAM, Publishing).

2. API & Middleware Integration (Airtable → AWS Lambda → Sprinklr)

Strong understanding of REST APIs, payload schemas, asset uploads, error handling, retry logic, and validating data passed through middleware environments like AWS Lambda.

3. Social Platform Authentication & Channel Formatting
