Job Description
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ diverse needs. Use evidence-based, autism-friendly teaching strategies and assessments to track students’ progress
- Collaborate on curriculum planning and development
- Build positive relationships and support individualised education plans (IEPs/ITPs)
- Manage behaviours and implement strategies to support students’ well-being
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Support co-curricular activities (CCAs) and school initiatives
- Participate in work committees to achieve student outcomes
- Work with families and external partners to support student development
- Assist with transition planning for post-school success
