SPECIALIST - STRATEGY & PROJECT REALIZATION

Job Description

This is a 3rd Party 12‑month contract role. The role manages and supports the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects of USP projects. The role bridges technical knowledge with project delivery requirements to ensure successful implementation aligned with organizational goals.

Principle Accountabilities

• Manage the development and execution of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise in project planning, design, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project documentation including business cases, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Responsibility in project coordination and tracking to ensure all project milestones and goals are achieved within the stipulated cost, time, and quality.
