Overview

Metsä Group’s Group Services is looking for a PMO Specialist to join the PMO team and ensure the execution of a €300M savings and profitability improvement program. The role is temporary, ending in June2027, and is located at Metsä Group’s head office in Espoo.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the savings and profit improvement program by keeping business cases on track.
• Implement solid governance methods and ensure systematic ways of working across the program.
• Prepare management‑level reporting and facilitate fact‑based analysis to support efficient decision‑making.
• Deliver timely action‑plan implementation and collaborate closely with all business areas and functions.
• Work with common tools and provide practical guidance throughout program execution.
