Specialist, IP Network, Cloud, NFV & Security Operation

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve NFV infrastructure issues, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
• Maintain regular backups of the system.
• Provide on‑call duty as required.
• Develop metrics for NFV infrastructure; establish dashboards for monitoring them and key performance indicators.
• Provision and de‑provision services and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering team on capacity expansion and change requests.

Qualifications

• Recognized university degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in OpenStack administration and NFV infrastructure.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and scripting languages such as Bash, Python and PowerShell.
