What do we expect from you?
Ensure the timely and accurate production/processing of
documentation, including:
Drafts of policy wordings and endorsements;
Renewal reports and insurance manuals;
Questionnaires to assess coverage needs;
Invoices and related documentation;
Quotations and placing slips;
Premium calculations and adjustments;
Complex and/or confidential documentation;
Information and materials for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings;
Keep records updated in the systems (and follow up on pending/outstanding documentation);
Manage and prioritize your workload to meet SLA, KPI, and Quality objectives;
Strictly comply with the Quality practices, internal policies, systems, and procedures of the company;
Maintain an understanding of the core aspects of insurance and the applicable legislation/regulation;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the client's busine...
