About the Role
Your contribution! The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist will work with internal teams to maximize the HRIS system’s capacity, optimize processes, and provide user training. They will propose changes or new processes to ensure data accuracy and validity, and serve as a resource person for the HRIS Analyst.

Resolve issues related to HR systems and communicate causes and solutions to users.
Monitor new features to identify opportunities for system optimization that enhance organizational efficiency.
Enable application evolution and improve employee experience by implementing enhancements to HR modules.
Continuously optimize and maintain the various modules and systems in collaboration with module specialists.
Help identify and analyze the needs of HRIS users.
Develop and run regular reports to ensure data quality and identify corrective actions.
