Specialist, Customer Growth and Engagement

**Job Summary:**

The Specialist, Customer Growth and Engagement, will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving engagement strategies to support Manulife's growth in the Cambodian market. This role involves developing and implementing initiatives that foster customer loyalty, increase customer applications adoptions, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Lead initiatives to increase customer adoption and engagement via Manulife customer mobile application by implementing strategies to enhance user experience and satisfaction
+ Manage content calendars and push notification portal for customer mobile applications to ensure the accuracy and consistency of contents release as well as promoting self-service features and other initiatives to increase customer digital active users
