About the Role
We are seeking a experienced, dedicated, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a variety of additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure all pupils receive the guidance, structure, and encouragement they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with special educational needs (, ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities).
Assist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and personalised learning programmes.
Adapt classroom materials and activities to meet pupils’ individual needs.
