Requirements

• At least 1 year BPO experience
• At least 1 year CSR experience
• Minimum of 2 years in college (no back subjects)
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a night shift
• Open to native & non-native speakers
• Non-Filipinos must have 13A Visa

Role

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish & English
• Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
• Meet performance targets
