Sourcing Sr Manager - Procurement

The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Senior Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department with focus on procurement activities in coordination with the Corporate Services team.
The overall objective of this role is to drive the seamless delivery of goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of sourcing analysts to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as act as backup Sourcing Group Manager when necessary
- Lead a cross functional team in developing/executing sourcing, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiations
