Role Description

1. Market Research & Trend Tracking: Monitor the tile industry's popular colors (e.g., matte finish, continuous vein), specifications (e.g., large-format sintered stone, small-size antique tiles), and technological innovations (e.g., digital glaze, dry granular polishing). Align research outcomes with target markets to identify product opportunities.
2. New Product R&D & Implementation : Lead tile formula adjustment, color design, and process parameter setting (e.g., forming, firing, glazing). Collaborate with factories to resolve technical challenges during R&D; coordinate sample production and performance testing (e.g., wear resistance, water absorption, stain resistance) to ensure products comply with international and domestic standards.
