As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical bridge between our product’s capabilities and our customers’ business needs. Reporting to the Head of Presales, you will act as a high-level Individual Contributor, supporting the entire sales and success ecosystem.
Whether it’s a high-stakes discovery call with a new lead or a technical roadblock threatening an existing partnership, you are the expert who steps in to provide clarity, security assurance, and architectural guidance.
