Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise platform development/configuration and/or technology process automation (e.g., TBM/Apptio, PPM, ITSM, workflow platforms)
- Demonstrated experience delivering workflow-based enterprise solutions with integrations, reporting, and controlled SDLC practices
- Working knowledge of data modeling, integrations (API/ETL), and reporting/analytics in enterprise environments
- Experience operating in Agile delivery with strong documentation, testing discipline, and stakeholder management
