Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will focus on delivering technical solutions for both organizational and customer-specific needs, utilizing the capabilities of the Assent Sustainability Manager and collaborating with the professional services team. This role involves understanding and addressing the technical requirements of internal teams and clients to ensure effective service delivery and support continuous process improvements. 

Key Requirements & Responsibilities 

• Pre-Sales and Consultative Support: Lead pre-sales activities with in-depth knowledge of products and services, including providing consultative advice during complex client engagements to drive adoption of recommended solutions and best practices. Advise on and approve customized packages, approve service delivery aspects of customer agreements, and develop workflow for custom solutions for prospects.
