Role Purpose:
As an IC in the Merchant Engagement team, you will work on deepening the existing relationships and identify newer avenues for growth in your territory. This role reports into the People Leader of the region.
THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.
- Improve Revenue Share: Work with the existing clients to improve the overall revenue share by way of additional deployment/value added services.
- Retention: Develop a robust strategy and execute it to ensure higher retention of existing clients and ensure continuity in the relationship.
