About the Role

We’re looking for a Cybersecurity-focused Solutions Engineer to support our partners across Singapore. If you enjoy translating complex security concepts into clear, practical guidance and helping partners choose the right vendor for the right scenario, this role is for you.

Availability: post July 1st, 2026. Working style: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a pre‑sales cybersecurity subject matter expert, supporting Channel Account Managers and MSP partners across Singapore.
  • Confidently discuss cybersecurity architecture and posture, focusing on EDR, MDR, XDR solutions.
  • Assess real‑world customer scenarios and map the most appropriate vendor solutions, explaining fit and trade‑offs.
  • Articulate how multiple security technologies integrate across a customer’s end‑to‑end security journey.
