About the Role
Solution Advisor will be a vital member of our pre‑sales team, responsible for demonstrating our product offerings, engaging with prospects, assisting in the sales process, and providing solutions tailored to customer needs. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, business development, sales teams, and clients, to drive the success of our solutions. As a Solution Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring that our products and services align with their business objectives and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Sodales product demonstrations using standard content/script
- Conduct product trainings for recent customers
- Prepare RFP and RFI responses and submit back to prospective clients
