Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NCM, etc.)
- Handle L2 level incidents, alerts, and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Troubleshoot network, server, and application performance issues
- Configure and maintain SolarWinds modules and alerts
- Work on escalation tickets from L1 team and provide resolution
- Generate and analyze reports for system performance and availability
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents
- Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues
- Perform basic patching, upgrades, and health checks of SolarWinds platform
