Responsibilities
- Install and maintain solar panels, inverters and other solar energy equipment
- Perform on-site inspections and assessments to determine the best placement for solar panels
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar equipment or installations
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on installation progress and address any concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of all installations, maintenance and repairs completed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring as well as solar energy technology
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments sometimes in extreme weather conditions
