About the Role
We are Bystronic, a general technology company in the metal industry.
What you will do
- Provide L1-L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.
- Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.
- Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.
- Provide remote or on‑site training when required.
Qualifications
- Technical background: Computer Science, Industrial / Mechanical / Telecommunication Engineering or similar technical background.
