Responsibilities
:- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Account Executive (AE) team
- Foster a results-driven, high-accountability sales culture
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the BDR Manager to optimize outreach and lead qualification
- Design and refine workflows, cadences, and objection-handling strategies
- Ensure smooth BDR-to-AE handoffs to maximize conversion rates
- Drive new logo acquisition and maintain strong pipeline coverage (3–4x)
- Track and improve KPIs: meetings booked, held rates, conversion, win rates, quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing to align ICP, messaging, and lead list strategy
- Capture, analyze, and leverage customer insights to improve experience and outcomes.
