Our client, a global industrial engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a Software QA Engineer II to support both testing and troubleshooting efforts across software systems integrated with physical hardware platforms. This role is a hybrid between QA and support engineering, with a strong focus on investigating customer-reported issues, analyzing logs, and debugging system behavior. The QA Engineer II will split time between validating new features and diagnosing real-world system issues in collaboration with development and support teams.
