Software Product Owner

**AS A SOFTWARE PRODUCT OWNER, YOU WILL:**

+ Be an advocate for the customer to improve the user experience design
+ Work directly with our software engineering development and test teams to refine and implement functional requirements
+ Support global product launches and release activities
+ Communicate product management activities to all levels of the organization as the product owner
+ Reference product roadmap to prioritize, socialize and implement software enhancement with software development and test teams
+ Customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experience
+ Constantly look for ways to increase the team's velocity/productivity by eliminating waste and identifying creative ways to accelerate delivery timelines
+ Help build and maintain high team morale
+ Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with requirements and priorities
