We're partnering with a rapidly growing international FinTech business that is transforming the way financial products and services are delivered globally. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team and play a key role in driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and product delivery.
This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to shape technical strategy, improve engineering processes, and help scale a complex financial platform used by customers across multiple markets.
Important Requirement
This role requires deep experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking, FX, Lending, Open Banking, or related regulated environments
