Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to define Command Center and Meeting/Webinar product requirements, translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables
+ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
+ Establish and maintain engineering best practices, processes, and standards to ensure high-quality product development
+ Design and develop Zoom's core service Command Center and Meeting Web platform with Java using the spring boot framework
+ Create a secure and scalable platform utilizing the latest cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APls, AWS, NoSQL);
+ Build customer-facing websites with responsive and adaptive web design principles to facilitate an enriched experience
