+ Technical Design and Research: Oversee product backend technical design; conduct research on new features and security enhancements;
+ Collaborate and risk management: Collaborate with the production team on feature prioritization; estimate development efforts and discussing potential risks;
+ Server monitoring and stability: Monitor production server metrics; ensure server stability and robustness;
+ Competitor analysis and feature proposals: Research competitor features; propose advanced features for product enhancement;
+ Core feature implementation: Lead implementation of core product features;
+ Issue resolution and support: Addressing production issues and troubleshooting technical problems; and provide support to customers and the engineering team, including technical advice and code reviews.
