What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, Tech, Customer Support, etc., to understand workflows, identify friction points, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Design, prototype, and build internal tools or MVPs that optimize processes or enhance customer experience, from dashboards to smart automations.
• Build and automate services, automate tasks, integrate with internal/external APIs, and work with SQL.
• Identify opportunities , pitch and test ideas quickly, and evolve solutions based on user feedback.
