Software Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Look for AWS as primary skills (production support) and Database scripting (DB2, SQL) as secondary skills.
- Configure and manage servers (VMs)
- Set up and maintain service accounts used by bots
- Assign required server permissions so bots can log in and run unattended
- Handle Windows security policies that directly impact bot execution
- Ensure bots run reliably in Production, where access is restricted
- Identify and fix issues caused by access changes, password rotations, or security hardening
- Prevent business disruption due to infrastructure-related bot failures
- Manage Orchestrator configuration, users, roles, robots, machines, and environments
- Handle Modern Folder setup, including machine mapping and runtime allocation
- Control who can deploy, schedule, and run bots in each environment
