Software Developer - Senior
Position Summary
Serve as the primary technical lead for BOAT/low-code application implementation, including workflow automation, UI development, integrations, authentication/RBAC, testing support, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement BOAT/low-code workflows, intake forms, case tracking, routing, document upload, and user interfaces
- Support integrations with DOT MyAccess, Login.gov, APIs, RBAC, and FMCSA/DOT data platforms
- Participate in technical design, user stories, demos, testing, defect resolution, and release activities
- Support UAT, performance optimization, accessibility, and production deployment
- Apply secure development practices aligned with DevSecOps, FISMA/NIST, privacy, and audit requirements
