Software Analyst Intern
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $23–$30 CAD hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Understands and follows the company's processes and procedures for developing vital software for safety‑critical railway systems
- Assist with software development and algorithm implementations for safety‑critical systems
- Develop software tools and scripts that enhance CI/CD by migrating solutions to a generic Hitachi Rail CI/CD pipeline
- Develop fitness testing (Python, C, wiki) within the context of CI/CD for safety‑critical software based on requirements
- Document the software solution in the wiki
- Develop metrics and dashboards for management reporting
