The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics while maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position oversees service provider performance, enforces SLA and KPI requirements, and ensures alignment with operational needs, CAFM systems, and procurement plans to enhance tenant experience and service quality.
