About the Role
What You Will Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, schedules, and company policies.
- Use approved response templates while still maintaining a warm, human tone.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal team.
- Track frequently asked questions and report trends to management.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications.
- Ensure all messages are attended to within agreed response-time targets.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Experience handling customer inquiries on social media.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly without compromising accuracy.
