This role sits at the intersection of commerce execution, content performance, and creator strategy — with the primary mandate of driving GMV growth across TikTok Shop and social commerce channels. This is a commercial leadership position that requires a data-driven, sales-first mindset with the ability to translate strategy into daily execution.
