About the Role
We are hiring a Digital Assets SME with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in tokenization and blockchain-based banking financial systems.
The role involves managing token issuance, minting, and burning processes.
Design and implement transfer logic, atomic settlement, and conditional settlement rules .
Develop smart contracts for token locking/unlocking, escrow, and programmable workflows .
Ensure secure and compliant digital asset lifecycle management .
Drive redemption and conversion of tokens into traditional deposits (fiat) .
Collaborate with tech, risk, and compliance teams for governance and controls.
Strong knowledge of Ethereum/Hyperledger, Solidity, and DeFi concepts is required.
Experience in banking/fintech and digital asset custody is preferred.
