**I. Job Summary**
To be a Welding Expert to support manufacturing of Fabricaton product in Hai Phong factory. In this role, you will be familiar standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, EN, BS etc, and to provide welding expertise during manufacturing operation including development, optimization the manufacturing process, so as to achieve: best quality, less labor time, quicker lead time for our products
**II. Essential Functions, responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control (PQC), CAV, Welding book, WPS/PQR, Welder qualification that assure engineering and customer requirements are met throughout the production process;
+ Lead root cause analysis for all welding quality defects and/or findings
+ Supervise for implementation of corrective action and preventative action for welding quality issues; Analyze failure, provid...
