This full-time assembly role requires 2 to 3 years of prior experience working with motor vehicle parts. You'll be responsible for operating sophisticated equipment while ensuring all components are securely assembled. The job is physically demanding and entails standing for long periods while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and organize the assembly work area
• Fasten vehicle components using bolts, screws, and welding
• Operate and maintain automated assembly machines
• Install and adjust parts and subassemblies
• Conduct inspections on engines, transmissions, and brakes
Requirements:
• WHMIS Certificate is essential
• 2 to 3 years in automotive assembly roles
• Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
