About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and field teams.
Oversee fiber installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities.
Manage KPLC rollout projects and ensure compliance with KPLC standards and safety requirements.
Coordinate underground fiber planning, trenching, duct installation, and cable laying activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality, safety, and operational standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Valid KPLC Certification (Mandatory).
Valid Work at Height Certification.
