Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule
- Report to the Construction Manager
- Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections
- Prepare and assemble ready wooden cabinetry to drawings and specifications for installation
- Verify dimensions and check the quality and fit of pieces
- Measure and mark dimensions of sites
- Perform cabinet assembly using hand tools
- Assist with all aspects of the assembly team
- Read detailed schematics for cabinets and execute assembly accurately
- Help with delivering and manually installing cabinets
- Install cabinets in residential homes
