Job Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise construction teams, including general workers, welders, electricians, and other trades, ensuring effective manpower allocation and daily discipline management.
Manage site workforce activities such as attendance tracking, task assignment, and productivity monitoring, and promptly address site issues.
Verify construction materials specifications, manage material usage, and handle site housekeeping and material return after work completion.
Oversee the use, maintenance, and inspection of construction machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.
