About the role:
As the Site Supervisor, in Townsville, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with both physical and psycho-social disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinate individualised care plans, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our much-loved clients.
Duties will include:
Supporting the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget.
Ensuring team member awareness of each individual requirements.
