About the Role
Take charge of bridge rehabilitation and construction as a Site Superintendent managing projects worth $5M to $50M. Oversee site operations, ensure safety, and engage with teams and subcontractors.
This position involves planning workforce, resources, and materials for efficient project delivery. Collaborate with project managers on budgets and timelines, while maintaining a zero-incident safety culture. You will guide subcontractors and junior staff while handling client concerns and performance issues.
