Job Summary
The Solar Site Manager is responsible for complete on-site execution, coordination, supervision, and delivery of a 100 MW utility-scale solar power project. The role includes managing civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.
The Site Manager acts as the primary authority at site and coordinates with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, local authorities, and client representatives to achieve successful project completion.
