About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the final fit‑out stages of a large data centre project in Hemel Hempstead. This role is working directly for the Main Contractor, overseeing on‑site activities and ensuring smooth progress through the final delivery phase.
The successful candidate will be confident leading from the front, maintaining strong site presence, driving productivity, and coordinating trades to keep the project moving efficiently.
There is potential for longer‑term work, as the contractor has ongoing activity planned on the site beyond the current phase.
