Drive the site operations in the successful delivery of a circa $10-15M Town House Development project in the South-Eastern suburbs for Tier 3 Commercial Builder.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and other relevant site personnel
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials
• Create and uphold OH&S measures and procedures
• Quality assurance
• Resolving any disputes that may arise

Experience required

• Previous Site Manager experience within the Tier 3/4 sector delivering Multi-Level projects circa $5-15M
• Site Manager who comes from a residential background 
• Team player and driven mindset
