About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and construction progress
- Provide accurate progress reporting to the project and client teams
- Support the discharge of duties under the direction of the site-based FIDIC Engineer
- Inspect works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Record and report on-site quality issues and non-conformances
- Gather and maintain photographic and written evidence to support or counter contractual claims
- Monitor and report on site materials, deliveries, and installation progress
- Assist with site documentation, inspections, and technical reporting
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Finnish regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements
