Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings/specifications.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
Monitor project progress and maintain site records.
Check measurements, quantities, and work completion.
Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of site execution experience.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and residential construction.
Ability to read drawings and coordinate with contractors.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
Willingness to work full-time on site.
