Site Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with engineering plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Experienced in preparing bills along with regular Joint Measurement Reports (JMR), as well as proficient in preparing detailed estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections and reporting to higher authorities.
• Manage resource allocation including materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
• Verifying drawings, survey reports, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical and operational issues and avoid project delays.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials used on site.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on the construction site.
