Site Coordinator

An ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Installation Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of ACMV. Their duties and responsibilities are focus on ensuring the project is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Detailed breakdown of their responsibilities shall be as below and but not limited to:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Work Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
• Resource Allocation : Ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment are available as per project needs and schedules.
• Coordination with Contractors : Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the installation process to ensure timely delivery and work execution.
